Status of macos15
* C++ standard library in macos was changed
* requires clang 16 and later
* module map file for 14 and 15
* backport from llvm 17
* 6.28 and 6.30 - disable macos15 in the CI
* can it work with conda? - maybe, to be tested
* if we want to support macos native, we will need to update llvm every year

* but they want to try to work with 6.30.08 on conda instead of jumping 6.32.02 on conda?
