Xboxes. No news. Everything stopped for 2 weeks.
Melbox update. Line 3 dominated by pulse compressor BDs.
Restarted at 5e-8mbar to let it rest more (recovers more slowly)>
Line 4 worsen behaviour after increasing pulse width from 2 to 2.5us. NCLH says pulse compressor cant go above 2.1us pulse width.
They have manufactured new cups and installed them in one line. New cups tolerances 20um. Maybe they can be polisehd.
They plan to install structure TD24. Done the bead pulling measurement for one of the structures (N2), but for the other (N1) they dont have manifolds. Can't check phase when measuring with VNA. Transmission is 3dB approx as expected. Found 4.9MHz shift. NCLH says they normally saw a shift after HP tests.
IS says that maybe bead pull is not needed. NCLH says it could be useful to check if some cells have been moved (she asks if there is a meas. from before HP tests. MV confirms, report from 2020).
IS says when heat up structure, BD increase, don't know why. CHanges frequency of operation. NCLH, when structure too hot, high radiation captiuring more dark current electrons
PAA to ask admin password of XBOX3CD.
MV asks about phase shifter. THey have to be moved by hand. NCLH says we made 2 of them, but piston cannot be moved anymore (it was stucked, melted).Because piston is in air, not cooled. Aligmnent was never especified. It moves even more with temperature.NCLH says DESI has phase shifter, maybe worth to ask. IS says it is same design, so same problem.
