EUChinaGrid - Update meeting with LM

* LM to train IHEP to install, deploy, administer SAM. LM to train CNIC to install, deploy, administer secondary VOMS. * WP3 requesting LM to be part of rotating ROC-like scheme that will be put in place soon. Actions 1. LM to get names from Gang and Kai who will be responsible for SAM and VOMS in their institutes 2. LM to propose a plan (with deadlines) describing the transfer of know-how to IHEP & CNIC, with the aim of complete local administration by end of April 2007 (assuming we get names soon). 3. LM to distribute installation documentation, if available. 4. LM to also discuss with Maite/John re possible new tasks in EUChina. LM can now install WN, lcg-CE, top-level bdii, site bdii. 5. FE to check with EUChina WP3 re new tasks.
