ear All, Some unfortunate overlapping engagements, and the need of allowing sufficient time for gathering all the necessary information for the First Quarterly Report which is due to be delivered on April 15, have led Joerg, Giacomo, Martin, and me, to suggest a different date for the Project Management Team Meeting initially scheduled to be held in Genoa within the week 16-20 April. The new proposed location would be Paris, in order to facilitate the attendance also of APHP-Necker and UCL-GOSH, and the suggested date would be Monday the 21st of May. This PMT Meeting will give us the opportunity of monitoring how much of the delayed tasks, lagging behind from 2006, could be speeded up in the first months of 2007, and of starting the preparation for the important major milestone of Month 18, when as many as 24 deliverables will need to be completed. Please do let me know asap if such a proposal may fit into your schedule. A detailed agenda for the meeting will be defined by the end of April. I look forward to hearing from all of you.
