We would like to invite you to a brief information meeting (via Zoom) to illustrate and discuss a new comprehensive coordination activity for the TE LS3 tasks to be performed in bending sections and magnets of the LHC.

This general activity shall have an overview of the foreseen operations involving TE and liaise with teams from SY/BI that will intervene for BLMs and more and colleagues from BE/OP that may participate in tasks under definition, as in the past (e.g. DISMAC). Another objective is to seek for colleagues to take over some responsibilities in execution and follow-up of part of these activities.

This activity shall be in sync with EN/ACE, HL-LHC project and LS3 coordination.
