If you haven't done so yet, please upload a digital photo taken of yourself, using a digital camera, smartphone or tablet to be used for your permanent CERN site access card. Please do so by July 30. Please note that that for picking up your permanent access card the buidling has changed. Please go to the new CERN Community Support Centre (this is not buidling 55 but building 33), directly in front of the tram line 18 stop at CERN, from 7am on August 1st. There are a large number of people coming to CERN on this day, so there may be queues. You can also collect your site access card after the welcome session.

Si ce n'est pas déjà fait, merci de bien vouloir télécharger une photo de vous, prise avec un appareil photo, un smartphone ou une tablette. Cette photo sera utilisée pour créer votre carte d'accès permanente au site du CERN. Nous vous prions de le faire avant le 30 Juillet. Le 1er août veuillez-vous présenter au Centre de support de la communauté du CERN bâtiment 33 (site de Meyrin) à partir de 7h pour récupérer votre carte d'accès au site du CERN (merci de prendre votre passeport ou votre carte d'identité). Il y aura un grand nombre de personnes ce jour-là, il peut donc y avoir une longue file d’attente. Vous pourrez également récupérer votre carte d'accès à cet endroit après la présentation.
