      TE-VSC comment - J. Sestak 19/07/2024

Constraints applicable for TS activities in vicinity of VELO - LHCb should make sure that access into the VELO alcove complies with VELO vacuum system state, which needs to be NOMINAL (not SMOG). This means that any SMOG tests involving the GFS system (mainly physical gas injection on the VELO as well as activities involving pressure changes in GFS injection line) are decoupled from Moedal activities. Parallel executions of these activities involves risk of accidental venting of VELO and IP8.X.
