Welcome to Webfest 2024! 

 

Participants will be selected within a week and there will be a couple of preparation sessions for each team with their coach, to ensure you make the most of the Webfest.

• 09:15-09:30 Introduction to CERN Webfest, teams
• 09:30-12:30 Problem Definition, Solution Selection
• 12:30-13:30 Lunch and Turing Tumbler
• 13:30-16:00 Prototype Development, Pitch Preparation
• 16:00-17:00 PUBLIC Pitch Presentations, Jury Evaluation, Prize Awards (contact the organizers if you want to join in person or online at cmc.robotics@cern.ch )
• 17:00- Aperitif on the Terrace
