Description
This document provides an input on behalf of the CERN-MEDICIS collaboration to the call for the European Strategy for Particle Physics Update (ESPPU) 2026 . While MEDICIS has been developping its programme for the past few years on the development of the production and supply of innovative medical radionuclides for translational research, 2025 acts as a corner stone for its translationnal biomedical research programme. We highlight in this document the history and challenges ahead of the facility and collaboration.
