News:
* new document to list CI failures over time
* progress on ROOT PoW, hope to do better than last year
* good time to first reply on the forum; have to keep it up (or down?)
* many students trained, they will have questions

Shift Handover:

* Windows Debug builds fail sometimes, no error logged, reason not understood
* macOS 12 removed from the relevant branches
* issues and PRs assigned
