    The PanDA service instance at BNL is up and running, for use in nuclear physics (and other) applications, including EIC/ePIC workflow system evaluation and the AID2E project.
    
    Rucio Storage Element (RSE) will be added later.
    
    An AID2E objective for the BNL instance is to make use of Open Science Grid (OSG) resources for distributed AID2E workflows. PanDA has been adapted for the current OSG infrastructure and test AID2E workflows have been successfully run on OSG. Scaling up to large realistic AID2E workflows (ePIC’s dRICH detector is the first optimization target) is underway.
