CMS Jenkins had an issue with http update that restarted the server and caused some changes that were not recoverable without a restart
If java is updated on a node, then if an agent is running new connections will fail
- Fails with some error about not finding a file
Changed puppet to not update java packages
- See mattermost chat
Changed jenkins to not update httpd
503 error for frontend probably fixed
- Reduce the number of cookies kept for SSO (seven) and cleanup old cookies
