The goal of this workshop is to give an overview of the work and plans of the different groups working in the software, trigger and data acquisition systems of high energy physics experiments, as well as to establish new synergies. The current status, operation and upgrade of the ATLAS, CMS and LHCb experiments will be discussed.The input to the European Strategy will also be discussed.
