Xin presented the current status of the proposals on SiC and GaN. Entries to CDS are linked on the agenda. Please have a look at them and give feedback.
We had also a short discussion on the DRD MoU status, funding mechanism still under discussion, more on that in next weeks steering group meeting. Nevertheless we should go on with the WP project proposals.
WG6 was asked to present in Pixel2024 in mid November. Alex will collect material (please send him anything you want to have presented) and will send around a draft three weeks prior to the conference.
