Are you a CMS member without a permanent position? Would you like to talk to senior scientists directly to listen to their advice on how to obtain a permanent position in academia? Or would you like to suggest ideas on how we can improve collaboration life?

Come along to our Coffee with Senior Scientists event on September 20, Friday, 12:00-13:00 CET!

Co-organised by the CMS Young Scientists Committee and the Career Committee, and in collaboration with the CMS Communications Office, the event provides CMS members with an extra opportunity to talk to senior scientists about their careers informally over coffee.

Free food and drink will be provided for attendees and the event will be held on the ground floor of B40.

A moderator from the YSC will be present on each table to help keep the discussion flowing.

Registrations will be open until September 16, Monday, for senior scientists and until the day of the event for attendees.

There will be an upper limit of 15 in-person senior scientists to ensure there is enough space and that we have enough tables and chairs prepared. If you know a senior scientist who would like to attend but was not able to register in time, please encourage them to email us directly.
