2 2022 W08 t4/t2 pseudo-efficiencies comparison

Notes:
- HO04Y1: 3 slabs got worse than in t2 (see psEff_HO04Y1). Calibrations for HO02 were updated in April 2024 (between the productions).
- Micromegas: Improvement in MP03, mixed results (mostly similar or worse) in MP01 and MP02.
- DW01X1: somewhat worse,
- DW04U2: no hits in t4, but it wasn't excluded (Traf and LR DetNameOff options were the same in t2 and t4). The reason is the alignment: the plane has drifted many meters away from the spectrometer, probably as it was excluded during the alignment. No big impact expected: the efficiency was 50% in t2 and the adjacent plane (U1) is excluded (broken wire).
- Improvements in the beam telescope SciFis.
- Improvements in DC04 and especially in DC05 at large angles.
