Related to non-LHC experiments - what fraction have endorsed an OD policy?

L1 data (HepData) - counting citations of publications re-casting LHC publications (e..g HepData record DOIs?)

Research OD for students / teaching is very important usecase - how to get these qualitative KPIs for this?

Qualitative KPIs: Survey on OD portal / ask same people once per year? (LHCb ntuple wizard will ask for simple survey data when people using this)
