Management

• No response from Poland
• SSO reluctant to pay for order (but has not said “no”). They are asking if payment must be done now or later. Xin replied to them that it is paid in 3 batches. Maybe SSO is ok with that.

 

ICD:

• Dominik will send something by tomorrow. He was busy last week.

 

Modules:

• Franck reserved the dates at Campus biotech. Problems with the cooling  (error message that keeps reappearing). We need to wait until it is fixed.
• Johannes suggest to ask if the setup can be already installed until they fix the issue.
• Johannes will go to Hepia tomorrow to discuss surface measurement
• Installing new bars into module was ok (according to Coralie)
• Module sockets should be fully produced in 6 months
• CF plates may cost 1000CHF

 

FEE: 

• Zynq works now. First event seen but makes little sense at the moment. Fifo overflows which is a problem. Maybe a firmware change of Yongji is ok but if not then a major change may need to be done for the FEE. 
• Dead time needs to be well understood
• Nicolas working on it 

 

BEE/PSU:

• Hopefully documentation will be ready this week for PSU
• Hopefully documentation will be ready next week for BEE

 

AoB:

• Waiting for material procurement to plan with Jochen for TV test
• Franck can work on thermal simulations for CSU (does not necessarily rely on input from Campus Biotech measurements)
