• Update of the work plan

Status report

• Task 4.1
  • Contact point for Task 4.1 now Aart, Paco will keep him informed
  • WS on Rucio organized, larger test planned before
  • basically finished with this, after workshop time on Grid tools for Paco limited
  • Invite Riccardo to next meeting (--> ask to join mailing list)
  • need to clarify maintainance
• Task 4.2
  • no personpower left, but development continues through external projects
  • should provide input to Cristiano's AAI proposal to include Rucio and Open Science view
  • Format definitions will go ahead with VODF, need to coordinate with internal documentation (--> meeting with Tom)
• Task 4.3
  • Sending of alerts to GCN is done, need to finalize alert format, development of format pushed to GCN
  • small delay in pipeline, most part finalized and going well, Vincent on project until end 2025
  • documentation needs to be improved, will be done during summer
  • Vincent will send email with notification to OSC describing GCN format and which info will be provided.
