Description

In honor of CERN's 70th anniversary, IIT Madras is proud to host a special event celebrating the achievements and global impact of one of the world’s premier scientific research organizations. As an associate member state, India has played a vital role in CERN’s research, fostering a deep and productive collaboration in advancing fundamental physics. This event will bring together delegates from CERN, esteemed scientists, and general public.

Join us for an engaging afternoon of talks, discussions, and presentations, where we reflect on CERN’s seven-decade legacy of pushing the frontiers of knowledge in high-energy physics, its discoveries that have transformed our understanding of the universe, and the role that India continues to play as part of this historic journey.

Let’s come together to celebrate this momentous milestone and inspire the next generation of scientific explorers!
