Super Computing 24
- Connectivity from Starlight is in place.
- Working on the schedule of the different NRIs
- SCInet said testing can start later today and tomorrow
- Discovered and fixed a 200G bottle necks
- Caltech has tofino switches and gen5 servers
- Caltech has many demonstarion planned 
- Theree is a GNA-G side meeting at SC24, everyone is welcome to join.
- Tristan made a poster for the SCitags NRI
- Bill has produced a map of the connection that will beused
- A new mother board for the UCSD server at CERN will be shipped

- Yatish: produced a new set of High Touch LHCONE data . It is only 24h but there are more details than in the SC24 data-set. Who is interested can request the data to Yatish.  ESnet will soon install a HT node in Europe.

SC24 
- UCSD/Caltech status - flowd now works on the NRP platform ! (Kubernetes with Multus-CNI & Calico-CNI) 
- Starlight - performance limit observed at around 280 Gbps with scitags enabled, to be confirmed/investigated

- Plan to start meeting with the experiments to define the workplan for next year

- storm-webdav released support in 1.4.3 (flowd 1.1.6+ required)

   - np_api: Fix int parsing and include np_api plugin in rpm (storm-webdav)
   - netlink: added ip6 zone index handling (bugfix for Starlight setup @SC24)
   - ebpf: added auto-discovery of network interfaces (NRP setup)
   - added dummy backend 
   - docker image updated to fedora 40 and latest bcc (to support kernels 6.6+) - we now support kernel up to 6.8 (NRP setup)
- In testing, code to support network namespaces in ebpf (for NRP) 
    - capability to discover and attach to network interfaces in the network namespaces 

Topical meetings to be scheduled:
- Discuss plans/proposal for production deployment of packet marking 
- BBRv3 and packet pacing tests
