Description

Les Journées des nouveaux entrants et nouvelles entrantes (JNE) de l'institut CNRS Nucléaire & Particules (IN2P3) sont l'occasion de mieux connaître le rôle et les spécificités de l'Institut, de vous informer sur ses grandes thématiques scientifiques ainsi que sur les compétences techniques et administratives associées. 

Elles permettent également des moments privilégiés de rencontres et d'échanges entre les participants et les membres de la direction de l'institut.

Public cible

Cette formation est destinée aux fonctionnaires permanents  (CNRS et non CNRS)  mais aussi aux CDI, chaires de professeur junior et personnels en situation de handicap recrutés par la voie contractuelle recrutés au sein des unités de l'IN2P3 en 2024. 

Seuls les agents ayant reçu une convocation sont autorisés et encouragés à s'inscrire via la rubrique "Inscription".  

Détails pratiques

Ces journées se dérouleront sur le site du CERN du lundi 27 janvier 2025 17h au mercredi 29 janvier 2025 14h (après le déjeuner). 

La formation démarrant le mardi 28 janvier à 8h30, les participants sont invités à se présenter à l'accueil du CERN dès le lundi 27 janvier entre 17h et 18h afin de pouvoir procéder aux formalités nécessaires (récupération des badges d'accès, check-in des chambres,..). 

Recommandations importantes (site du CERN)

  • Il est demandé aux visiteurs de porter des chaussures fermées plates ou à talons plats (pour la visite du mercredi)
  • Pensez à vous munir de votre carte d’identité ou de votre passeport qui seront exigés à l'accueil et pour la visite
  • Prevoyez également un adaptateur pour recharger votre ordinateur et téléphone
