Tracks: 1- cross-activity 2- Business 3- Related Projects (call text and deadline) 4- Federation 5- Applications including demos and posters Plenary: egee speaker and international expert talk Monday morning: politics Parallel sessions: not more than 10 Demo and poster session Stop internal meetings Clarification on 3 and 5: Application track: thematic (no mini user forum) - RPs can present here as belonging to a theme RP track: - RPs can present here their plans for FP7 - project-wide discussions - they can ask for a dedicated session - can be used to discuss specific issues with EGEE Federation meetings or internal meetings after 6 PM Keynotes: plenary, EU, US, local, sponsor === ACTIONS: RPLO coordinate RP track preparation prepare outline of the track and distribute to the PC size of the room ACTIONS: call for RPs before Machester to RPs - from EGEE06 model send to the Programme Committee before [coordinate with NA5] ACTION: feedback to EGEE07 text to be distributed by Kristina asap ACTION: Next meeting May 29 RP track ideas: - might have an infrastructure focused session - objective: promote cross-fertilization - include one page per each project in the conference book with projects' description and relationship with EGEE or other RPs and contact of the person present at the conference - RPs coffee
