Maintenance Indicators for EN-HE equipment
Presentation by Simon James Moore EN-HE-HEM
Maintenance indicators are critical metrics used to assess the health of an asset fleet and the efficiency of the fleets associated maintenance programs. These indicators serve as vital tools for decision making in the optimisation of maintenance strategies; with the objective of enhancing equipment reliability and minimising operational downtime. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as the number of breakdowns, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and age of the asset fleet provide insights into the evolution and efficacy of the maintenance programs, and contribute to the decision making process for consolidation planning. This presentation will introduce the maintenance indicators used by EN-HE, how they are defined, recorded, presented, and what conclusions can be drawn from them.
