PoW is looking good, wrapping up for the last quarterly report of the year.

There was a LIM meeting today. Discussed CMake issue found in latest version. ATLAS didn't see it when building ROOT, but probably that's because they don't use builtins.

Hackathon organisation

• Reached quorum of participation
• Coordinators are chosen, now we should split into teams. Participants have already marked their preference
• Collecting ideas for work items at https://github.com/orgs/root-project/projects/18
• Volunteer cooks should decide on the menu

Branching 6.34

• Should be ready to branch by tomorrow

Next quarterly report

We will have the next and final quarterly report of 2024 on the 11th of December

Generating a stream of blog posts

Proposal by Stephan: once a month in one of the ROOT meetings find a topic for a blog post and write them there, so that the web page looks alive.

As a first kickstart, Stephan will write a short blog post about CHEP.
