Investigating mis-identified photons

* Preparing ECR strategy workshop on Thursday
    * Afternoon session might be more of general interest
    * Ending with R1 for more informal discussion
* Meeting with Jenny and Markus Diehl to talk about optimal observables

### Andre

* DD4hep debugging with users
* DD4hep feature to silence physics constructors
* Debugging delphes issue

### Mateusz

* Extracted Allegro full sim workflows timings and data sizes
* Call pre-compiled julia code from c++, paving the way to julia based algorithms
    * But compilation takes 5 minutes for every invocation (every!)
    * 0.5 GB of library
    * Need to create c++ header manually as well
    * In next release there will be a better compiler!
