Description

You will find the detail of the programme in the Timetable.

If you have not already done so, please upload a digital photo of yourself taken with a digital camera, smartphone or tablet by November 28. This photo will be used for your permanent CERN site access card. Please be advised that on 1 November, your access card will be available for collection at the  CERN Community Support Centre (buidling 33- Meyrin site), in front of CERN tramway stop 18. The service will be open from 7am. Due to the large number of people coming to CERN that day, please be aware that queues may be expected. You will be able to collect your access card after the Welcome session. 

We also invite you to join a dedicated CERN Mattermost channel to network and share your experience with other newcomers.

Si vous ne l'avez pas encore fait, veuillez télécharger une photo de vous prise avec un appareil photo numérique, un smartphone ou une tablette avant le 28 november. Cette photo servira pour créer votre carte d'accès permanente pour le site du CERN. Veuillez noter que le 1er Novembre, vous pourrez retirer votre carte d'accès au Centre de support de la communauté du CERN (bâtiment 33-site de Meyrin), en face de l'arrêt CERN du tramway 18. Le service sera ouvert à partir de 7h.  En raison du grand nombre de personnes visitant le CERN ce jour-là, veuillez noter que des files d'atttente sont à prévoir. Vous pourrez également récupérer votre carte d'accès à ce même endroit après la session d'accueil (Welcome session).
