Governing Board Members travelling to Geneva for Cephalocon will have the change to meet in person. Remote attendance remains possible via Zoom.
Logistics
In-person participants should pickup their access badges (ID required) at the CERN Community Support Centre (Building 33) before 13:45. The Governing Board Meeting will begin at 14:00 in the CERN IT building (Building 31) -- this is a 10-15 minute walk from where you collect your badges.
If you are registered for the Ceph Developer Summit or the Ceph New Users Workshop, you are not required to register again for the Governing Board Meeting.
