DC Trip 2025 Info Session

Description

We will provide an introduction to the HEP DC Trip, which is expected to take place in March or April 2025 (dates TBA). While this session is intended for newcomers and those interested in potentially joining the DC trip, we also welcome experienced trip veterans to attend as well. 

This event is open to all members of the HEP community, including undergrad and grad students, postdocs, faculty, staff scientists, and more. You do not need to be a US citizen or resident to attend. 

Co-organized by the US LHC Users Association (USLUA), SLAC Users Organization (SLUO), and Fermilab Users and Affiliates Executive Committee (UAEC).
