Management
No news about Polish LoE.
ESA sees it as a Polish issues. Cannot help much.
Johannes will write Jochen if agreement with MPE will resume after retirement.
ICD/SoW
Johannes waits for input from Franck as it depends on thermal simulations.
Franck will prepare a few slides to discuss the results from the analysis. We will discuss this Tuesday afternoon at 2pm.
No comment from CSU on cabeling.
Modules
tests ongoing at campus biotech. Summary of results will be shown on Tuesday afternoon.
x10 CF sockets by CD (pre-production), delivered end of January. Franck will check where the other/"older" CF are (used during ESRF).
x3 molds printed for the wrapping of the bars.
FEE
Nicolas worked on zynq board. Fixed many bugs and worked on equalizer. FIFO problem status unknown (Nicolas is not here today). Vishal and Johannes put a Zynq board at CERN and extracted a new working xml file. This week they will try to extract data with the Zynq board and source.
Quality Assurance
Johannes and Vishal went to HEPIA to do scintillators roughness measurments. Results were mediocre. The surface was mostly within 40nm roughness. However, it looks like some agent was deposited on the scintillator when removing the packaging material (similar to removing tape). Johannes will discuss with Coralie if the procedure was slightly different regarding unwrapping. Maybe the bars needed to be cleaned. Otherwise we need to discuss with Scionix.
BEE/PHU
review completed. documents being prepared. cannot do more until LoE provided.
