APEL

Adrian reported that new server version is in production , monitoring has been set to see how it works.

APEL server for HEPSCORE functionality is planned to be deployed  early February.

Adrian will check and update if needed site instructions and will send to Julia the text for broadcast for inviting sites to test HEPSCORE APEL version. The broadcast to be sent after X-mas break

EGI portal

Julia checked the new version of the EGI portal (with HEPSCORE functionality) and sent comments to Josep. Josep will work on the new version to follow Julia's feedback and plans to deploy new version early next year.

Then he plans to work on logging functionality, Julia asked him to look in the issue with the topology, which should be synchronized with CRIC , but was not. Julia stressed that this is quite urgent. Josep will look into it. So far he did not see any synchronization with CRIC at least in the staging instance.

Adrian asked Josep to check December data in teh portal which looks to be low.

Next meeting is 17th of January , usual time slot.
