This workshop began as a local seminar at TU Munich, contributing to the establishment of femtoscopy as a key tool for studying hadron-hadron interactions using ALICE data. It evolved into a workshop aimed at bringing together theoretical experts and experimentalists, resulting in numerous innovative techniques for analyzing femtoscopic data and fascinating results. This is the 3rd edition of FemTUM, and now we have officially internationalized it by hosting it in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this edition, the program will focus on:

  • Experimental prospects with data from RUN 3 of the LHC
  • Using two- and three-body correlations to constrain the Equation of State
  • Links between femtoscopy and coalescence studies related to light-nuclei production
  • Theoretical developments in the modeling of three-body systems
  • Theoretical advancements in the dynamical modeling of molecular states
  • And more...

We are still finalizing the local arrangements, once everything is confirmed we will specify details regarding the workshop fee. All of the information will be listed on this Indico page.

The workshop will take place from April 14th to 16th.
An optional sightseeing program will be offered on April 17th.
