    We encode a lot of information in serial numbers and we know how each digit shall be interpreted, even if there are multiple generations of specifications like for Flex Tails. The frontend should be able to tell just from reading the SN, what those attributes are for each component. Implemented: Wafer Sensor, Sensor, Flex Tail, Module, Hybrid, ASIC, Module Flex, SU, DU, Glue, PEB. The reverse operation (user gives some defining attributes, web page derives the SN for that) is possible as well but not yet implemented.
    
    When this gets deployed to the production DB, instead of writing out the decoded attributes to the html, the info should be stored for the part for the respective attributes.
