Management

No news about Polish LoE.

Jianchao says there is progress for BSD and got approval to launch for in-orbit test of some POLAR-2 modules. This will be done with another university in China on a microsattellite.

Launch exepcted in mid-2026.

ICD/SoW

ICD document slowed down, waiting for input from thermal simulations.

Franck will contact CERN to measure thermal conductivity of scintillator bar. Thermal simulations are close to measurments at campus Biotech.

Johannes will write CSU an email to understand if the thermal environment is set up correctly.

Modules

Franck will look into cavity radiation in the next few days for the thermal simulations.

Franck will coordinate with Philipp to understand the discrepancy seen when using the FEE heaters.

campus biotech measurements almost done.

FEE

no update. Nicolas wants to do a meeting with China to properly resolve some issues found.

BEE/PHU

Dominik was not present.

Beamt Test

No ESRF beam slot awarded. Johannes and Jianchao checked the Shanghai facility (SSRF). Beam line BL12SW is interesting and provides synchronized photons from 29.7keV and 162.7keV.
