Management

No news.

SoW/ICD

Franck wrote the document on analysis. Will be checked by Johannes then we can send it to CSU and ask for a meeting with them, if possible already this week. List of questions in the document.

No feedback on Combox part.

Modules/thermal/mechanics

Thermal: still some transient analysis to be done. But first there is the need to have feedback from CSU.

Some more optimization in terms of module behavior. By increasing the length of the flex by a factor of 2 we gain 2-3 C. So with some optimization here and there, we could have interesting optimizations. E.g. length of flex, this is achievable if we remove the Peltier.

To be discussed with Yannick.

Flex is now 15 mm long, but could reach 40 mm.

Socket production: delivery next week receive first ten. Which should need some review. Franck will check dimensions, position of venting holes. and the hole to access the side of the sipms, to check the connection optical layer with bars.

Could be good to have a plastic mould with the right bar dimension, so that we can check quickly that the internal dimensions are fine. This is something which could be sent to CD, so that they can check immediately after production. Would be good to do one already for pre-prod. In two weeks it could be ready.

FEE

FEE tests at CERN: Vishal is progressing. See his slides.

Tests will start with Zynq board.

New FW with Zynq. And also new FEE FW. Nicolas will check on SVN to be sure everything is updated.

It would be nice to have test exactly done the same way with GPIO and Zynq. This will be done at CERN.

We have to test what is the relationship between voltage and DAC: this should be tested. We should start testing the HV change with temperature, to see if this is working.

SiPMs

SiPMs. Can be tested on Cascade.

BEE/PHU

Dominik is around at CERN those days. There is still some details to be finished. Teresa will check with people there if they can finish the work.

AoB

We should have one slide per work package. We can stat next week with that.

We need some kind of conclusion on the first batch testing.

We should have some readyness review for FEE, sockets etc.

Milestones should be connected to reviews.

Qualification procedures should be documented and reviewed e.g. FEE we have no reception test defined yet.

Next meetings

Next Monday 10:30.

Possibly with CSU during the week.

There are minutes attached to this event. Show them.
