Management

No news from POL LoE.

 

ICD/SoW/thermal

Thermal document sent last week. CSU is willing to have a meeting ASAP, but Franck is not available until next week. 

Thermal next Monday, probably at 10:30.

Meeting on March 6 combox.

 

FEE

Still problems with FEE008 (used for thermal tests): problem is not capacitor, but short in the via.

Need to understand if we want to keep the heater like that.

Need to understand with Yannick the PCB production, shall we change thre company ?

It could be also interesting to see if it useful to extend the flex towards SiPMs.

First front-end production, there were no problems, 20 boards produced. 

 

Zynq test:

See Vishal's presentation. Zynq DAQ is working fine.

FW is now at version 2.4, Zynq needs FE with 2.4 .

 

Voltage measurement: need to redo the measurement with the very impedance voltmeter.

 

Now we need to implement the gain uniformization procedure.

 

New version of the Zynq FW, to improve the DAQ, in particular when the stop command is sent. Nicolas will discuss with him in two weeks in China, to remove all the remaining problems.

 

SiPMs

BEE/PHU

Nothing to report.

 

Beam test

We can try to re-submit the proposal.

But we need to define a plan for the production of 9 FEE.

 

AoB

CITIROC production: only in QFP format will go out of production. BGA should be ok.

New quote for Citiroc: discount of 29% with alltogether.

 

Next meeting

Next Monday 10:30, but maybe will be a CSU meeting.
