Sherpa Collaboration Meeting

Europe/Zurich
Description
The annual Sherpa Collaboration meeting will take place this year from 7 April 2025 to 9 April 2025 at Sussex University in Brighton, UK.

Venue: The scheduled sessions will all take place in room 5C11 on the main campus of Sussex University in Falmer. The room is in the Pevensey II building (google maps), on the fifth (top) floor. The way to "Seminar Room 5C11" is signposted at the end of either staircase in Pevensey II.

Accomodation: There is plenty of accomodation options available in Brighton.  Keep in mind the best way to reach the Falmer campus from Brighton is by train (about 10min ride) starting from the main train station. If possible we recommend participants stay in one of the below hotels (with confirmed availability for this workshop) to accomodate all planned group activities:

Visa: Please be aware the UK is about to introduce an electronic travel authorisation ETA, which is in effect already for US citizens and will be from April 2 for the majority of European citizens. More information can be found for example here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta, see particularly here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-when-you-can-get-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta to check if this is applicable to you.
