Centre leader (Are) + co-leader (Therese) : 100% position together. ARE and THERESE will add a sentence or two on why they are good to lead the centre in 3.1 AI centre manager and project group

Adm. coordinator NTNU (100%)

Societal/industrial liaison 50% and education coordinator 50%: Same person (100%) to be at HVL, but if needed to increase budget at UiO can be discussed.

EVERYONE who thinks their CV should be included; please upload to agenda (link to overleaf template added to the agenda, NFR word template can be found in the NFR call)

ACTION by all WP teams: by end of week (at the latest):

  • write a sentence about why they are qualified to lead the WP (highlights from CV) in 3.1 AI centre manager and project group
  • add knowledge needs from each WP in 1.1.2 Knowledge needs  (1 or 2 sentences)
  • add research questions from each WP into Table 1
  • add risks and mitigation in Risk analysis and mitigation measures (Table 2)
  • have another look (in particualr WP5 and 6) and reduce text and check if text is still fine. Harmonize the style with WP1 
  • indicate number of publications (and in which journals) and conferences and put in 2.2 Measures for communication and exploitation
  • provide Nadia with deliverables and milestones (or put them directly in - see link from agenda)

 

ANNA will work on implementing her comments, which are now in red and italics (will move the comments into real comment in overleaf source).

EIRIK will remove Figure 2 and move objectives to 1.1.3 Center objectives

ANNA, ARE and THERESE will work on 1.3 Novelty and ambition

EIRIK takes responsibility in stitching together 2.2 Measures for communication and exploitation

EIRIK and JAMES will work on an organigram

EIRIK will take WP0 and move it into 3.2 AI centre organisation and management and take responsibility of this part. THERESE takes a look when done.

ARE takes respnonsibility for Table 4: Roles and participation requirement

Letter of Intents (LOIs):

ONE FROM EACH INSTITUTION: Need letter from each academic institution (on faculty level). Look at the agenda for template from MN faculty at UiO

ANNA pings people for a letter from NextGen, CERN and NorCC (Frette)

EIRIK pings Heidi for a letter from NorCC

All LoIs must be uploaded to agenda
