Discussion
- Work has started 3 years ago with job families currently being refined.
- A job governance board decides about the higher level job families
- A job architecture has been introduced which assigns responsibility levels to employees with the aim of decoupling levels with responsibility from promotions.
- It is important to create learning pathes for those managing smaller projects
- Emphasis on keeping the system simple shall be given
