This form will allow the organizers to decide who to admit to the workshop. If there is anything additional that you think we should know, please include that in the last optional question. Registration is open; the priority deadline to be considered for the workshop is March 15, but we may consider applications after that date. If you apply before the priority deadline, we will inform you shortly after that date if you are selected or not.
