Issues:

1. Network intervention 21.01 was not transparent -- resulted in spike of upload failures from WNs, as well as failed transfers from antares to ECHO.
2. ETF tests for RAL show WARNING occasionally because of the CVMFS IO errors on the WNs.
   • Error counters should be reset.

• LSST tests now performing as expected from all sources
  • MetaData database now contactable from running jobs (by moving jobs to only tranches that are on the new network already)
  • Created a rule for all jobs at RAL that any submitted that are not suitable for RAL in terms of memory, now have a minimum set to allow the submission to run as expected at RAL (due to containerised environment)
• With MetaData database now contactable we believe we are now setup for LSST workflows, and will be getting in contact with the workflow teams to start sending data and then jobs to RAL for full end to end testing for LSST
