APEL
Adrian was sick and the deployemnt of the APEL server with benchmark tag has been postponed to the week of the 24th of February.
Maria's reports from the test AUDITOR instance are not properly published to the test flow. She is waiting for an answer from Afrin and Josep. Adrian told the he would get in touch with Maria in the coming days
EGI portal
Josep showed test instance of the portal with the new functionality for the benchmark tag. He also showed the new monitorng pages of the EGI portal infrastructure. The comment of Adrian and Julia was that it would be sueful also to monitor how nessages are arriving to message queue and how they are being digested. Josep replied that this feature will be added. He also reported about new logging functionality. There was a discussion of how QUANTA developers get access to the rotected parts of the UI (data privacy). Alessandro and Carlos will take care to get it solved. Itr was decided that new features demonstrated by Josep are ready to go in production and deployment to production will happen next week.
There was a discussion about synchronisation of the topology with GocDB abd CRIC. Carlos told that there were some concerns regarding automation of such synchronization which created problems and that is why it is done manually. Julia commented , that if there are concern about auto-synchrinization, in any case there should be a cron procedure which would compare toplogy data in the EGI portal repository with GocDB and CRIC (they both have APIs to retrieve data) and whenever the inconsitencise are detected , EGI portal support team should be notified and make necessary changes manually. It was agreed that this is a way to go.
