RFQ Test stand - test co-ordination

Some last interlock connections are needed before RF can be sent into the RFQ.

The spreader delivery is foreseen for 20 March, therefore it is the critical path for moving the RFQ.

The short-extraction system on the source could be ready for installation on 3 March. We agree already it can be installed, if the tests can be completed by the end of week 11, and the final source installed and tested by the end of week 13.

In this case the RFQ move would start in week 14, which is 1 week later than the critical path for the spreader.

Therefore we agreed that the short-extraction system test can be made.

We meet again on 5 March at 11:00. At this point we should be able to see if the short extraction was installed on time. At the same meeting we can plan a general meeting on the RFQ installation.

The schedule was updated according to the above, and is shown in the presentation on indico.

EN-EL: Karl sent information that EN-EL will work on the electrical distribution (understood to be the power socket rail circuit breaker ratings) on 17/02/2025. The source test will finish on Friday 14/02/2025. We are waiting to get details on the requirements for switching off and potential lock-out. Nevertheless it is planned that the vacuum will be stopped and left with static vacuum from 14-17/02/2025. This intervention was agreed.
