ADTC meeting
YETS follow-up:
Francois showed progress in the sequence of the YETS activities. A number of adjustments were discussed, but in overall, the sequence remains valid. The most up to date planning is available at

The BHN17 magnet return is expected on time.
The impact of the demi water plant stop 24-28th Feb is to be checked with T. Koettig, in particular on the BCCCA cooling operations.
It was decided to restart the big cooling pump only on Monday the 3rd March. This will cause a pressure rise in the cooling system. As a consequence, the Stoch cooling IST have to be delayed to allow for the cryo compressors to bring the PUs to low temperature.
Partial unlock-out of the AD ring will be done on 3/3. The DSO tests are shifted by one day (26/03) and consequently the first day for protons on target possible is 27/03.
It is confirmed that the end of the run will be 08/03 for all.
ELENA commissioning with Hminus will start on 4/3 (shift by 1 day).
The start of physics remain the same as announced since November : 5th May.
Beam commissioning planning:
Laurette showed the planned beam commissioning for AD+ELENA machines.
The planning is quite aggressive with only 5 weeks for target conditioning + FTA-DI transfer lines optimization + AD machine beam commissioning, including bank holidays of April. The operation of BCCCA is crucial during this optimization period. The IPM functionality will also be very welcome.
AOB:
-Eric indicated that ASACUSA wish to limit the impact of the crane location on the beam position in the LNE05 transfer line (excursions up to 4mm), by adding mu metal cladding around the line. Davide recommends to get in touch with Yann Duteil to check how to maximize the efficiency. Francois requires that Alexandre Sinturel be informed and present when material is added on the beam pipe anywhere.
