To be asked: - needed time slot - needed room size - constraints (equipment, dates, etc) - description (maximum 100 words): including type of the session (panel discussion, workshop, tutorial) and target audience - who from EGEE you would like to be present at your session - note: closed meeting should be avoided, requests for closed meetings will be considered case by case - session chair - attendance sheet will be distributed Potential sessions: - ISSeG - SEEGRID - EUChina (interop/IPv6) - ETICS-OMII - infrastructures/applications meetings (Bob/Erwin) - NGI workshop (Fotis/?) - EGEE experts presentations (NA5/working groups, operations, middleware, dissemination, FP7 collaboration focused on EGEE results or plans for collaborations ?) - avoid panel discussions - should not repeat EGEE general status presentations Ideas: - collection of one page summary status from RPs and plans - to be distributed between EGEE activity leaders, conference participants, to be included in EGEE report or CD ? - at the stand: box for questions (what would you like to know about EGEE?, what would you like to know about EGEE RPs?) ACTION: ask Panos/Fotis about NGI workshop ACTION: check with Bob on infrastructures/applications meetings ACTION: check with Erwin/Panos about Panos role/involvement ? RPLO coordinates the organisation of the track Panos may chair the RP session if he likes there is NA5 milestone at M18 where we can introduce the reports from the projects (international cooperation) - it does not go to the EC ACTION: infosheets should be asked at least 2 months in advance on paper/ we may include them in the EGEE CD in electronic form (check with NA2) MAIL TEMPLATE: The EGEE07 conference will take place ... The Related Projects track has been introduced in order to give you the opportunity to present the achievements of your project, demonstrate and disseminate the results of your work or concertate with other project; it would also be an opportunity to raise and discuss any issue with EGEE experts. In order to reserve a slot in the Related Projects track for your project you are invited to submit an abstract going through the following steps: ... In addition, at the EGEE07 conference, there are other tracks which focus on applications and business where your project may be interested in giving a presentation (links). Finally, the EGEE07 conference will be an opportunity for you to hear about the latest advancement from EGEE experts and their plans.
