- Philippe: done with latest updates to schema evolution rules, cos seems to be running again. Fun with race conditions in initialisations for emulated class (missing dictionaries), almost ready to be merged.
- Serguey: not here
- Vassil: mainly busy with c++ committee. next big things: contracts and reflection, for c++26.
- Vincenzo: Workshop preparation, the site (indico page) is almost ready. Waiting on finalising a few administrative issues with CERN. Danilo suggests to go ahead and open registrations, we can afford to wait 1/2 weeks to solve the administrative issues. Advertisement: traditional channels, physics experiments, people we have collaborated with… 100 number of max participants, fair number, not constrained by bugdget. Student fee is available. Participation covers lunches, coffees, etc. Do we have a poster session to facilitate students/early career participation? This is not a thing since many years. Vincenzo suggests to go for lightning talks for students, dedicating 1/2 time slots to this purpose. Poister session is however very easy to organise, to check if we have a room to dedicate. TBD.
