Qu'est-ce que CineGlobe
CineGlobe est un festival international de films inspirés par la science, organisé au CERN depuis sa création en 2007. À travers des projections, des ateliers et des expériences immersives, CineGlobe engage un dialogue entre l’art et la science.
Activités
Atelier Moviola – Cinéma low-tech (40 min)
Les élèves manipuleront de véritables pellicules 35 mm et créeront une animation en grattant ou coloriant image par image. Leur œuvre sera projetée sur un Moviola centenaire et ils repartiront avec une version numérique et leurs pellicules en souvenir.
Projection de courts-métrages jeunesse – "Entrelacé" (40 min)
Une sélection de films explorant les liens entre nature, technologies, atomes, galaxies et émotions humaines. Une immersion ludique et poétique pour comprendre comment chaque élément, vivant ou non, s’entrelace pour façonner notre univers.

CineGlobe is delighted to invite local school classes for a morning of discovery at the crossroads of cinema and science.
About CineGlobe
CineGlobe is an international film festival inspired by science, held at CERN since its creation in 2007. Through screenings, workshops, and immersive experiences, CineGlobe engages a dialogue between art and science.
Activities
Moviola Workshop – Low-tech Cinema (40 min)
Students will handle real 35mm film strips, creating an animation by scratching or coloring frame by frame. Their work will be projected using a century-old Moviola, and they will leave with both a digital version of their animation and their original film strips as souvenirs.
Youth Short Film Screening – "Entrelacé" (40 min)
A curated selection of films exploring the connections between nature, technology, atoms, galaxies, and human emotions. A playful and poetic immersion to understand how every element, living or non-living, intertwines to shape our universe.
