Description

IdeaSquare Planet is a novel methodology created by CERN IdeaSquare and its collaborators. It aims to give participants a chance to truly use their imagination, practice orders of magnitude thinking and estimations, back of the envelope calculations, challenging assumptions and radical teamwork.

The adventure is comprised of two parts, exploring the unknown on an imaginary exoplanet, and applying the learnings and ideas back to Earth for the good of the Planet and society.

Directions on how to get to CERN you can find here: https://home.cern/directions

When on CERN site, find your way to the car park behind the Globe. IdeaSquare is there, towards West (France). Google map is here.

For registering your laptop/mobile phone for wifi access at CERN, please connect to the CERN visitor wifi. You will receive a code as a text message. Your connection will be valid for a week. You will need to register each device separately.
