Sujet :  L’Importance de la protection sociale au CERN et en particulier la couverture maladie pour les membres du personnel employés.

La conférence présentera une rétrospective de notre système de couverture maladie au CERN, son évolution, son fonctionnement, ainsi que les propositions faites par l’Association du personnel depuis sa création dans l’intérêt de l’organisation et de son personnel. Notre système de protection sociale est et doit rester un facteur d’attractivité pour l’organisation, tout en préservant la mutualité et les liens intergénérationnels.

The conference will provide a retrospective on CERN’s Health Insurance Scheme, its evolution, its functioning, and the proposals made by the Staff Association since its creation in the interest of both the Organization and its personnel. Our social protection system is, and must remain, a key factor in the organization’s attractiveness while preserving mutuality and intergenerational solidarity.
