- During the meeting, the planning of the activity was discussed.
- Services are going to be relocated as soon as possible. Estimated times can be directly seen in the ppt of the meeting.
- EN-HE: 1 week work for everything. Intervening from the middle of April. -> The crinoline ladder will be installed by the SCE contractor
- EN-CV: The deadline has to be communicated and it will be discussed with the company. 2 days work
- EN-AA: Sampling pipe, 2 days work. Préavis done 2 weeks in advance.
- Camara junction box: -
- IT-CS: 1 day work. Préavis of 1/2 month. The sooner the know the better.
- EN-EL: duration given by Ming in the ppt. Middle of May. The works to be done after the installation of the new door are still to be discussed.
- [Action Ixone]: Put all the estimated dates on a planning and communicate windows of intervention.
- The door has to be ordered in order to plan the SCE intervention (just before the arrival of the door).
- [Action Ixone]: Send all the details of the door to Nicolas
- [Action Nicolas]: Order the door, on-site visit with the contractor (to which SCE should be invited) and to communicate the date of arrival of the doors.
